Can I change the grade level part way through the year?

You select the grade level you need when placing the order.  

1.  Changing the Grade

1.1 Within the return period

If you are within the 10-day return period and find the grade level you have ordered is not appropriate for you, please contact us and we can update the grade to the appropriate level.

1.2 Outside of the return period

All of our packages are for a single grade level which cannot typically be changed once the practice tests have been used. We give 12-months of access for the largest package in case students want to review their tests any time during the full year. Some schools actually test the students again at the beginning of the year using the prior year's materials in which case you might want to keep access to the prior year's tests anyway.

There are other benefits of buying the 12-month package besides the time extension such as access to Science & Social Science questions, and more practice questions than our other packages.
